30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Products damaged through misuse
  • Gift cards (if offered)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

We will provide a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • A defective product
  • Shipping damage
  • Our error

We will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for any other reason (such as changing your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several additional business days for the funds to appear.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return procedure.
