Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly. Luxuriouscopper reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
